We worked with a large manufacturing business who have extensive ongoing engineering recruitment challenges. They’re one of the largest companies in their sector, and their business supplies product to a wide range of industries across the globe.

The Solution

Sigma worked with the client’s HR business partners to provide salary benchmarking for similar maintenance engineering roles with other companies in the local area, in order to address the pay-based challenges with their hiring. We also worked on streamlining and improving their recruitment process.

  • Sigma Recruitment conducted an extensive feedback survey by speaking to candidates with relevant skills. This feedback was presented to the client in order to provide evidence that the salaries on offer were not competitive enough.
  • Sigma streamlined the client’s recruitment process building a list of crunch questions for each position. Time to offer was reduced to within 14 days of CV presentation.

The Results
