Sigma Recruitment has recruited permanent manufacturing, engineering and technical staff for employers across South Wales, the UK and internationally since 2005. We are an independent agency: you deal with the founder, not a salesperson, and 4 in 5 clients come back to us with their next vacancy.
We recruit for automotive, aerospace, electronics, chemical, food, packaging, pharmaceutical, life science, medical device, steel, plastics and semiconductor manufacturers, and for the engineering, supply chain, procurement, logistics, management, scientific and graduate STEM roles they need to fill. We screen candidates against your brief, present CVs and arrange the interviews and feedback.
