MCIPS qualified and also holds an NVQ Level 4 in Procurement and Management
Supervisory experience of small teams ranging from 3-7 staff
Experience with automotive and plastic manufacturing environments
Has worked across multiple areas gaining knowledge in a range of manufacturing processes such as vacuum forming, vibration welding, injection moulding and trimming
Experience working with KPIs such as quality, waste, output and, health & safety
Used to working with lean and CI processes and tools such as 5S, Kaizen and Kanban
Has worked in automotive and heavy industrial settings
Started in planning and material control working their way up to a master production planner level before moving over to logistics and warehouse management
Has also spent some time working as a production shift manager
Experience in managing large teams of 60+ staff
Familiar with a number of Lean and CI tools such as 5S, PFMEA and A3.
