Newport recruitment agency news – Certus snaps up Ensphere for £2m.
IT consultancy Certus Technology Group based in Newport, Gwent has acquired a software business based in the North West of England in a £2m deal.
Warrington-headquartered Ensphere, which uses Sage enterprise software to provide IT services to approximately 90 clients across the UK, has a turnover of £2.8m and employs 30 members of staff. All existing staff will be retained as part of the transaction.
Certus Technology Group, which provides technology consultancy services such as managed IT support and security to more than 120 clients across the UK, has a turnover of £4m and 40 members of staff. For more information on Newport based Certus Technology visit their website.
