Coronavirus/COVID-19 – FREE Recruitment – Reduced Fees & Extended Payment Terms
Due to the difficulties that all companies are currently facing. Sigma Recruitment has decided to launch a coronavirus support package for clients who wish to keep recruitment moving during these difficult times.
Permanent recruitment – open to all companies
Reduced fees
- A flat rate of 10% for permanent recruitment.
Enhanced payment terms – 90 days
- 50% payable at 60 days, with the remaining 50% being due on 90 days.
Free video interview support
- Free access to a specialist video interview platform.
Contract & temporary recruitment
Sigma can now provide support for clients looking to employ contractors or temporary workers. Examples of the types of positions we can help with are below:

NOTE: margins for contract and temporary workers will be calculated on a case by case basis.
Eligibility
The 10% rate and extended payment terms are open to both new and existing clients. The terms will apply strictly to new permanent vacancies placed with Sigma Recruitment on or after 24th March 2020, and this refers to the placement of the job and not the candidates start date. The terms are available while the current “lockdown” measures apply. And cannot be retrospectively backdated to vacancies placed before the 24th March 2020.
