What you will do:
- Prepare and evaluate new product proposals.
- Undertake laboratory-scale product development and prepare samples for assessment.
- Assess new raw materials and collaborate with suppliers.
- Provide technical support to commercial teams.
- Support R&D projects and data collection.
- Keep up to date with industry innovations.
- Produce quality documentation and ensure processes are right first time.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- A degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Biochemistry, Forensic Science, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Customer-facing experience and a UK driver’s licence are desirable.

- A starting salary of up to £25,500, rising to £27,000 after probation.
