Your salary, benefits & hours of work
£27,800 per annum. Annual profit-related bonus on top, based on how the company performs.
Flexible working: an 8-hour day worked between 7:30am and 5:30pm, with on-site presence needed between 9:30am and 3:30pm.

What you'll do as the Science Graduate/NPD Development Technician
You'll support the development of new products, working closely with the Development Scientists.
- Prepare theoretical new product proposals and formulate lab-scale work.
- Prepare samples for taste, colour and product assessment.
- Assess the suitability of new raw materials for commercial products.
- Work with supply chain, suppliers and the Quality team on raw material sourcing and approvals.
- Support R&D projects, including data collection and trial reports.
- Help ensure processes are followed so scale-up is right the first time.
What you'll need to apply for the Science Graduate/NPD Development Technician
- A degree in a life science or related science-based subject (such as food science, chemistry, biology, biomedical or forensic science).
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking, with confident numeracy.
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Teams.
