Your Role as a Process Operator:
- Operate and monitor production processes, ensuring safety and quality at every step.
- Handle raw materials and finished products.
- Carry out basic maintenance and housekeeping to keep the plant running smoothly.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience as a production operator, process operator, or similar role gained in a chemical, heavy industry, or metals-based manufacturing environment.
- A proactive, reliable individual who’s ready to roll up their sleeves.
- Someone eager to learn and develop in a physical, heavy industrial environment.

- Salary Increase: A starting rate of £17.90 per hour, progressing to £20.00 per hour after training, plus (once on shift after training) £120 per night shift, your efforts will be well-rewarded.
