Your salary, benefits & hours of work
- Competitive salary, depending on experience
- Days: Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm, office-based in Bridgend
- 24 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays (32 days in total)

What you'll do as the Planning Administrator
As part of the operations team at an award-winning manufacturer, you'll keep information flowing between production, purchasing, and customer service so orders are met on time.
- Allocate realistic dates to customer orders, keeping track of what's already promised
- Update demand and production scheduling information in the ERP system (SAP)
- Monitor open orders and flag potential shortages or delays early
- Keep spreadsheets, trackers and business data accurate and reliable
- Work closely with the shop floor, orders and purchasing teams to keep everyone informed
What you'll need to apply for the Planning Administrator
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in supply chain, logistics or planning administration
- The confidence to communicate face-to-face with different teams, including out on the shop floor
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail while juggling several priorities at once
- Good general IT skills.
