Do you want to work a days-based role with significant additional earning potential?
No shifts! You will work days Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm.
Take ownership: You will work as part of an engineering team of nine but will take responsibility for one part of the process developing expertise with niche equipment.
Significant additional earning potential: The current team earn a substantial amount of overtime annually, plus there is potential for an annual bonus which is based part on company and part on individual performance.

What Will Your Maintenance Technician Role Include?
- Technical first point of contact for any repair requirements
- Performing equipment maintenance as required by the maintenance schedule.
- Ensuring stable equipment performance
- Take ownership of specific continuous improvement activities and projects and ensure completion in a timely manner.
- Maintaining appropriate communication within department, site, and company as well as ensuring regular external vendor communication is maintained.
- Maintaining and controlling parts inventory.
- Assisting in the installation of new equipment
- Participating in the on-call rota to provide a complete production support service (see below for more information).
What skills and experience do you need?
- A technical qualification, ideally electrical/electronic related and preferably a HNC level or above.
- Experience of working in a manufacturing setup is preferred.
- Experience of working in a cleanroom is desirable.
The company are also happy to consider candidates who hold technical qualifications gained in a military/armed forces setting or candidates who have recently completed their HNC level qualifications through higher education and are looking for their first technical role as training on the specialist equipment they use will be provided.
What's In It for You?
A salary of up to £36,800 (dependent on experience, including on call allowance) + pension, 25 days holidays + Bank Holidays, potential annual bonus, paid overtime, etc.
Working Hours:
Hours of work are 8am-4:30pm Monday to Friday.
You will form part of an on-call rota which would currently be every other week. This will move to 1 week in 3 in future. The call outs are minimal and often can be resolved by logging in from home. If you are called to site, you receive 3 hours paid at time and a half and depending on what time you are called out you can choose to work your hours from then and finish earlier than normal.
