Your Remuneration Package:
- A comprehensive package rewarding your expertise, including a salary of £73,000 - £78,000.
- £5,000 car allowance.

What you will be doing:
This is not just about keeping the plant running, you will develop and execute the engineering and maintenance strategy, leading a large engineering team, and with responsibility for a significant budget. You will lead CAPEX projects up to £1M in value and champion the site's commitment to lean and continuous improvement, making a visible difference to performance and output.
What you'll need to apply:
- A proven track record as an Engineering Manager or Maintenance Manager in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
- High-level leadership skills, with proven experience in developing people and managing performance.
- A strategic leadership focus combined with technical credibility to lead a large team of technicians and engineers.
