Recruitment scams are increasing, so this page lists every number and address Sigma Recruitment uses to contact candidates. If someone says they’re from Sigma but isn’t using one of these, please don’t reply — call our office on 029 2045 0100 and we’ll tell you whether it was us.

You can reply to our texts, or call those numbers and we’ll pick up.
Older Sigma texting numbers, still ours but no longer used for new messages: 07458 157594 (+44 7458 157594) and 07402 268109 (+44 7402 268109). If you had a text from one of these, it was genuinely from us — please get back to us on one of the numbers above.
Any WhatsApp message from us comes from a WhatsApp Business account named “Sigma Recruitment”, using one of the numbers on this page. If a WhatsApp message claims to be from Sigma but comes from any other number or name, it isn’t us — please don’t reply, and let us know at info@sigmarecruitment.co.uk.
Every email from us comes from an @sigmarecruitment.co.uk address.
Links in our messages
Links in our texts, emails and WhatsApp messages only ever go to a sigmarecruitment.co.uk address, our short address sigmarec.co.uk (for example sigmarec.co.uk/4738), or a short link starting sms.textlink.us (our messaging provider). Our job surveys open on sigmarecruitment.co.uk and ask you a simple YES or NO about the role.
