I have sent a copy of my CV to Sigma and I can see some vacancies on your website that I think I am suitable for. Why have you not called me?

This could be for any number of reasons, sometimes clients are specific about industry sector experience, for example they might have told us that they only want to see candidates with automotive industry experience. It could also be that based on the information that we hold on you we don’t think that you would be interested for example, if you told us that you were looking for a minimum of £25K and the vacancy is paying £22K. If in doubt then please call and we can double check.

Should I be concerned that Sigma Recruitment has my contact details on file?

  • NO, we take our IT security very seriously. We have robust systems in place to prevent both external and internal threats to the data we hold falling into the wrong hands.  We will never sell your data to any third party.
  • We will NOT send your details or CV to anyone without your express consent.
  • Of course, if you wish us to remove your details, please let us know by emailing and we will do so.

The position is far below my salary expectations why did you contact me?

  • We don’t have salary information on file for every candidate. Let us know what salary you are looking for and we can keep this in mind moving forward.

Will my details be sent to the client; if I state I am interested?

  • NO, we never send your CV to any client without an in-depth telephone screening interview.
