Why Apply: Earn an extra day off every month, plus 32 days' holiday, as a Planning Administrator at an established manufacturer in Bridgend. Salary depends on your experience, and we'll share the range on the first call.
An extra day off every month: once you pass probation, the flexitime scheme gives you up to 12 extra days a year. Add 32 days' holiday, and that is a long weekend most months.
Learn from someone who has done the job: your manager held this exact role before moving up. You will be trained on SAP and the planning process from day one, not left to work it out.
Benefits with a cash value: an electric vehicle lease scheme, a nursery support scheme through salary sacrifice, and a health cash plan covering dental, optical and physio.
A role that connects the whole site: one hour you are on the shop floor checking progress, the next you are with customer service and purchasing agreeing dates.
