What You’ll Be Doing:
As Production Manager, your main goal is to ensure customer needs are met through on-time, complete deliveries.
- Execute production plans that match customer demand and business goals.
- Track departmental KPIs to keep all teams on target.
- Lead and support your team with frequent performance reviews and feedback.
- Serve as the main manufacturing contact for internal teams and commercial partners.
