What you will be doing:
- Supervising a manufacturing area
- Working to ensure all production targets are met on time and in full.
- Coordinating with other departments regarding tool changeovers/maintenance/quality
- Training of the personnel to carry out the duties required to maximise the results of the department.
- Ensuring all standards and processes are adhered to and KPIs and relevant documentation are kept up to date.
What you will need:
- Previous experience as a team leader or production supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in ensuring KPIs are met within a manufacturing setup.
- Knowledge of Lean and CI tools
What you will receive:
A salary of up to £30,500 (including shift allowance) + pension, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, cash plan healthcare, etc.
The shift pattern:
Three shift Rota (6am-2pm, 10pm-6am and 2pm-10pm) with the night shift starting on a Sunday night.
