What you will be doing:
- Liaising with the shift manager and planner to ensure that the required production operational targets are met.
- Ensuring that production tasks are being completed in line with process method statements.
- Ensuring that all relevant documentation has been signed off where applicable and retained for future reference when required.
- Collation of daily and weekly KPI data.
- Maintaining stocks of materials and consumables and ensuring they are stored correctly.
- Deploying your team effectively
- Ensuring compliance with all quality and technical procedures.
- Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping at all times
- Ensuring adherence to all health & safety policies and procedures
- Liaising with other departments (maintenance, quality, warehouse, etc.) as needed.
What you will need:
- Experience in a supervisory or team-leading position
- Experience in a food manufacturing or FMCG setup
- Strong people management skills
What you will receive:
A salary of £31,500 (including shift allowance) + pension, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays (increasing up to 24 days over time), etc.
The working hours
Week 1 - 6am-2pm Monday to Friday.
Week 2 - 12pm-8pm Monday to Friday.
