What you'll be doing as the logistics manager
- Outbound Logistics: You will spearhead the coordination of all outbound logistics, collaborating with 3PL and transport providers, internal teams, and customers.
- Customer Focus: You will manage customer order processing, oversee the export process for current and future customers, ensure 100% On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) targets, and deal with customer issues.
- Warehousing 3PL: Managing the 3PL warehouse function, developing stock control processes, and conducting regular logistics process reviews.
- Systems: You will play a crucial role in migrating to a new ERP system.
What you'll need as the logistics manager
- Track Record: Navigating the complexities of outbound logistics with finesse.
- Retailer Savviness: Comfortable liaising with the retailers and understanding their systems.
- Stock Control Wizardry: An aptitude for managing stock and 3PL relationships with an eye for detail and a knack for optimisation.
- Fast Learner: The ability and enthusiasm to quickly learn the nuances of export and customs processes for the EU and eventually further afield.
What you'll receive
- A salary of up to £45,000 with a bonus of up to 10%, a 4% company pension contribution, and 33 days of holiday (including bank holidays).
