What you will be doing as the engineering manager
- Steering a skilled engineering team consisting of mechanical, hardware, electronics, software, and firmware engineers
- Leading the innovation drive for new products and improvement of existing ones.
- Expertly managing projects to meet ambitious goals.
- Producing a weekly insights report for the CTO
- Upholding the highest product quality standards.
- Ensuring that all products meet standards for safety, electromagnetic compatibility, and hazardous materials.
- Managing costs to ensure financial efficiency.
What you will need to apply for the engineering manager position
- A technical background in electronics, firmware or embedded systems.
- Previous experience in a senior engineering or engineering manager role, including leading a team of engineers.

What you will receive:
A salary of up to £65,000 (dependent on experience), a potential bonus, private medical, 5% pension contribution, subsidised gym membership, 25 days holiday plus the bank holidays.
Engineering manager working hours:
Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am-5 pm, and Friday, 8:30 am-2:00 pm. The company also offers an element of hybrid working.
