Opportunity for a credit controller to join a global manufacturing company that has been trading for over 70 years. They have 10+ sites around the world and are a market leader for the technology they provide delivering bespoke solutions for a wide variety of customers and sectors.
You will work as part of a small finance team working closely with the financial controller primarily focusing on the credit control function of the department ensuring revenue and credit owed to the company is paid in a timely and accurate manner. You will also assist in other areas of the department where needed.
Credit controller responsibilities will include:
- Performing credit checks
- Responding to queries
- Account reconciliations
- Daily credit control procedures
- Maintaining accurate records
- Covering for other functions
To apply for the credit controller position, you will need:
- Previous experience of working in a credit control focused position
- Experience in undertaking broader tasks within a finance department
- Experience with Sage accounting software (ideally Sage 200)
- Must be proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office applications
In return, the sales executive will receive a salary of £26,000 + a potential annual bonus of up to 10%, pension, private healthcare, etc.
