The Role:

Excellent opportunity to join a structured commercial / marketing trainee program with a leading global company based in Cardiff.

A 2 year entry level role within the Marketing Department, developing a good understanding of products and services. On completion of training, the trainee is expected to possess the skills, knowledge and understanding of the processes in use within Marketing department to progress a career within the department (subject to successful completion of a structured review and development programme). It is envisaged that the successful person will become a Marketing Assistant.
Successful candidate will spend time in each of the following areas of marketing:

Communicate with sales staff in European countries to review sales forecast and result.
Control the progress of sales activity in the market
Manage POS materials, photo sample of products.

The Candidate:

Must have or expect to obtain 2 good A Level passes, ideally in a business related subject.
Must possess excellent administrative and communication skills.
Must be able to work on own initiative and as part of strong team.
I.T. skills must include Word, Excel and the ability to use Internet and Email.
Must be able to multi-task
Ideal candidates must be ambitious, confident and enthusiastic.
