Technical Administrator / Technical Clerk

Salary: £16,000 - £20,000 Depending on experience

The Role:

Reporting to the Business Infrastructure Manager, you will be a highly experienced and proven administrator who pays attention to detail. You will be responsible for the comprehensive provision of all administrative duties undertaken and will co-ordinate and input the application of all requisitions in relation to all work, materials, equipment and labour requirements for all planned and new maintenance projects.

You will establish and manage systems and databases to support the administration of all works undertaken. Highly organised with the ability to communicate with individuals and groups at all levels you will also be responsible for the collation and delivery of both ad-hoc and scheduled reports relating to the performance of the department.

The Candidate:
Administration experience gained within the manufacturing / engineering sector is essential
Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.
