Sales / Marketing Team Leader

Salary: up to c£35K depending on experience + benefits

The Role:

As Marketing Team Leader you will be responsible for achieving monthly sales target monthly and managing marketing plans. Key account management will be paramount in this role.

The successful candidate will be expected to create new sales accounts and establish strong business relationships with dealers to expand sales area and fully utilise sales subsidiaries in UK and Europe.
To communicate frequently with HQ, factories in China and related departments to make mid term sales plan and also resolve daily sales and marketing issues.
Manage/lead re-generation activity through regular promotional activity, implementing a schedule to maintain appropriate levels of exposure.
Manage and maintain corporate identity and integrity, including the design, print and production of all sales collateral.
Through regular customer visits identify, evaluate and recommend marketing opportunities consistent with the business unit objectives.
Drive new product definition, support product development throughout the development process and create customer and internal product documentation.
Liaise with cross-functional teams consisting of design, product & test engineering, to ensure on-time delivery of solutions.
To provide marketing information and insight that aid the construction of detailed category plans for all products in the UK and European Market.
To report on sales, P&L, SP funds and expenses.
To highlight market opportunities and gaps in product ranges.
To develop the marketing function further and develop team members to ensure that the function is providing detailed market information and direction.

The Candidate:

A Marketing qualification would be essential.
Experience of key account management is essential.
Strong sales skills / experience are essential.
