Maintenance Technician (Electrical)
Salary: £25,625 inc shift allowance + Bens
Rotating 3 shift pattern
Mornings Mon to Fri 6am to 2:30pm
Nights Sun to Thur 10pm to 6:30am
Afternoons Mon to Fri 2pm to 10:30pm
The Role:
Responsible for providing an Electrical Maintenance service to the plant.
Rapid response and troubleshooting to correct faults encountered with production equipment in order to minimise downtime
Assisting with the setting up of planned preventative maintenance schedules and basic operator maintenance plans
Independent completion of day to day maintenance requirements
Ongoing systematic review of plant and buildings maintenance requirements, including analysis of available data
General plant and buildings maintenance
Designing and carrying out systematic and continuous improvement to plant and machinery to improve quality, productivity and safety - achieving targets where applicable
The Candidate:
Must be a time served electrical maintenance technician (multi -skilled)
Must have experience of electrical maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of PLC systems in required
Electrical Maintenance Technician role would suit candidates who have worked as a maintenance technician, electrical maintenance technician, multi-skilled maintenance technician, shift engineer, maintenance electrician etc
