The Role
After a sustained period of growth Sigma Recruitment are looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Consultant:-

Responsible for managing you own desk and managing the recruitment process from cold calling, to candidate sourcing.
Working with a range of new and existing clients to provide a professional recruitment service.
You will have access to marketing and promotional literature to assist you develop new clients.
The company provides extensive administration support, generally adverts will be posted for you, CV's will be prepared and chaser documents / emails will be sent on your behalf.
In time you will be given the opportunity to progress to senior recruitment consultant and recruit you own team of trainee recruitment consultants and recruitment administrators.
In addition to the above you may be asked to work on projects as required by the directors, these might include managing a specific account or starting a new division.

The Candidate
2 years plus experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally gained in permanent recruitment.
Experience gained in one or more of the sectors that we recruit for, would be an advantage.
Demonstrable track record of success.
Hunger to progress within the company and possibly launch new divisions in the future.
Good general IT skills including MS-Office.

Recruitment Consultant role would suit candidates who are currently a recruitment consultant, senior recruitment consultant, trainee recruitment consultant, sales executive etc

Salary: £15,000 to £20,000 (NEG)+ Bens + Free Parking

Commission Plan: Excellent commission and bonus structure.
