The Role
After a sustained period of growth Sigma Recruitment are looking to recruit a Resourcer / Trainee
Recruitment Consultant

Beginning on the candidate side of the business you will be responsible for building candidate relationships and conducting telephone interviews for specific recruitment requirements.
Maintenance of the in-house candidate database
Assisting with the sourcing of new candidates from internal and external sources.

The Candidate

Experience gained within a business to business sales environment would be an advantage
Demonstrable track record of success.
Hunger to progress within the company and possibly launch new divisions in the future.
Good general IT skills including MS-Office.

Salary: £12,000 to £15,000 + Bens + Free Parking + Commission
