NPD Graduates / NPD Managers / NPD Technologist
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 + Benefits
Client: Our client one of South Wales's largest food manufacturing companies have a number of requirements in the NPD field.
Roles include:-
Food Science Graduates - no NPD experience required
NPD Technologists
NPD Managers / Concept Technicians
The Role:
Manage projects in the areas of NPD, Process and Cost Reduction. To provide Technical Support and advice to the factory. To enhance or develop products and processes.
Pick up and manage projects in the following areas as required - NPD, Process and Cost Reduction.
Project manage product development from concept kitchen to launch & first few weeks production.
Participate in pre-development feasibility studies.
Identify product/process/raw material improvements and progress through factory trials and data collection analysing results.
Participate in milestone/project planning.
Responsible for fully completing and amending customer specifications in line with company procedures and ensuring their integrity, (as applicable to NPD, process and cost reduction projects undertaken).
Participate in HACCP/process control teams.
The Candidate:
Degree/HND qualified in a food related discipline desirable
Understanding of the fundamentals of food processing
Reliable, honest professional who works well under pressure.
The NPD Food Technologist / NPD Graduate / NPD Scientist role would suit candidates who are currently a NPD assistant, NPD Technologist, Home Economist, Food Scientist, Graduate food scientist, concept technician, NPD manager, Senior NPD technologist, NPD technician etc
