Salary: £17,000 to £25,000 highly dependent on experience + Commission

In order to obtain the top salary candidates will need to have a proven track record in technical / engineering recruitment or be a specialist in their current field with a stable career history and a proven track record of success over a period of several years.

The Role

Responsible for managing you own desk and managing the recruitment process from cold calling, to candidate sourcing.
Working with a range of new and existing clients to provide a professional recruitment service.
You will have access to marketing and promotional literature to assist you develop new clients.
Opportunities for career advancement / development exist for the right candidates.

The Candidate

Candidates should ideally be an experienced Recruitment Consultant, ideally from a permanent recruitment background. However we will also consider hungry business to business sales people looking to start a career in recruitment as a trainee consultant.
Experience gained in one or more of the sectors that we recruit for, would be an advantage.
Hunger to progress within the company and possibly launch new divisions in the future.
Good general IT skills including MS-Office.

Recruitment Consultant role would suit candidates who are currently a recruitment consultant, senior recruitment consultant, trainee recruitment consultant, sales executive, recruitment account manager, senior recruitment consultant, recruitment manager etc

Commission Plan: Excellent commission and bonus structure.
