Equipment Engineer & Equipment Technician
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 + Shift Allowance 15% - 50% dependant on shifts (Technician)
£25,000 - £30,000 + Shift Allowance 15% - 50% dependant on shifts (Engineer)
Salary dependant on experience and shift pattern
Various shift patterns available
The Role:
Currently recruiting for Equipment Engineers & Equipment Technicians. Reporting into the Shift Engineering Team Leader, your key responsibility will be to oversee all maintenance, sustaining and troubleshooting of the equipment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Completing advanced preventive maintenance and troubleshooting PM procedure documentation and improvements
Supporting a world class organization, achieving manufacturing excellence and establishing a team based collaborative culture
Participation in a "Continuous Improvement" program and follow "Lean Manufacturing" practices to improve productivity and cost effectiveness
Help establish and execute specific department plans and strategies to achieve manufacturing KPIs. These include cycle time, line yield, OEE (overall equipment efficiency) etc.
The Candidate:
Candidate must be an experienced equipment engineer or technician from the Semi Conductor industry.
Ideally qualified to HNC level or above.
