We have developed a Client Charter which outlines the commitments we make and uphold at all times; please review below:-
Integrity
We insist that our consultants hold a detailed discussion with every candidate before they are presented to any client. Candidates, are told to which company their CV is being sent.! In all our business dealings we are upfront and honest;, we would never intentionally mislead anyone.
Consultative approach
It is our aim to work as a recruitment partner; we will listen to your requirements, discuss them in detail and take time to ensure that we understand your needs and preferred methods of working.
Time
We understand that you are busy running your business and aim to reduce the amount of time you spend shifting through CV's, that's our job! We are recruitment professionals not CV delivery machines, who simply forward CV's from adverts and websites.
Fees
Our standard rates are 15% and discount is available for repeat business or large recruitment campaigns. We also offer a generous rebate period which covers clients for up to 12 weeks in the event that a placement does not work out as planned.
